ABOUT ZIV SCHIERAU
Ziv Schierau is a real estate investor and a software sales professional. Born and raised in Toronto, Ziv headed west for the mountains after graduating from Ryerson University in Business in 1995. Ziv settled first in Calgary where he spent week days putting his business schooling to practise by starting a promotional marketing company, while his weekends were reserved for skiing and hiking. On a vacation to Mexico in 1999, Ziv met the woman of his dreams (who happened to be from Vancouver), and after a year of commuting Ziv sold his business and moved to Vancouver. Ziv has been married to his beautiful wife Stacey now for 5 wonderful years, and they have an adorable happy and healthy baby boy, Jack.

Ziv caught the real estate investing bug while he was renting office space in Calgary. His land lord had real estate

holdings throughout BC and Alberta and Ziv was intrigued and interested on how his land lord got there starting with one duplex. So beginning with renting his personal property out in Calgary, Ziv wanted to learn more and grow his holdings. He has devoted much of his spare time to reading, attending seminars and associating himself with action-oriented groups and individuals. Today Ziv owns 5 properties and plans to continue expanding his real estate portfolio.

"The largest stumbling block to investing in real estate is lacking the knowledge and guidance to get started," says Ziv. "My plan is to continue expanding my knowledge through action and to share the keys to success with others. There are also many people with the financial resources to invest in real estate who lack the time and expertise, and I believe that the fastest and easiest way out of the Rat Race is to Joint Venture and pool the resources of time, expertise and finances to create win-win investment partnerships."
